We have a clear and simple pricing structure with no hidden fees or suprises. There is an initial search fee to start the search process. Then, once your Nanny has signed the contract you will invoiced for the final placement fee.
Our search launch fee is a $350 non-refundable search fee that is paid when you have completed our application form.
Our simplified pricing model means we have only 2 types of placement fee: temporary (under 90 days) and permanent (over 90 days).
Temporary Nanny Placement Fee:
$600 for each month of the booking
Permanent Nanny Placement Fee:
$3,500 one off fee
These fees apply to both part-time and full-time nanny placements.
Nanny rates vary depending on your location. With the Nanny Department our starting hourly rate is $20, but this could be higher should you be seeking a nanny with specific qualifications and experience.
We will provide rate advice based on your individual job requirements. (Hourly rates are gross.)
We are confident that our rigorous recruitment process yields only the highest quality of nanny available. We are proud of the successful placements we have made with our families.
On the rare occasion things don’t go according to plan, we offer our ‘Nanny Guarantee’. If your permanent nanny leaves within the first 90 days of their placement, we will work find a replacement free of charge.
