Kelly

Kelly is the Nanny Deptartment Placement Consultant. It is her job to find the most suitable Nannies for your family. Kelly grew up in Markham, ON the only daughter of five children (yes, FOUR brothers!). Always destined for the child care industry, Kelly first worked with children at a Montessori & Daycare. Starting as a preschool teaching assistant, she gained tremendous experience and was promoted to a preschool teaching position. Kelly cherished the relationships that she made with each child and their parents, and is still in contact with many of them today.

In 2018 Kelly made the move to Hamilton, ON, and began working toward her Human Resources Management certification. Passionate about childcare, she was looking for experience in a one-on-one environment, which led her to an incredible family in Burlington. There she was a Nanny to a newborn, a 2-year-old, and a 4-year-old. Kelly loved nurturing the everlasting bonds she formed with each child.

Kelly’s experience and passion make her the perfect fit for The Nanny Dept. She has incredible insight to the Nanny industry from both a parent perspective and the Nanny perspective. She is eager to use her knowledge to connect with families and Nannies across Canada!
